52-BLAU
iXA (Xián Martínez & Elena Castellanos)52-BLAU is a work that revolves around accompanied solitude, which shifts and transforms according to the architecture of the space. Five performers attempt to survive a shipwreck in the immensity of an infinite space, where the individual drowns in the emptiness of an ocean filled with stimuli, people and information.
Almost an ode to adaptation amidst the storm, where a body collides with solitude and struggles to stay afloat.
52-BLAU inhabits sorrow within a context where bodies are incapable of communicating. A gaze beneath the water that can only perceive the deep blue of the sky, the sea and the infinite.
