Qué crítica necesitamos? What criticism do we need? This question may be asked by professional artists, and also by presenters, journalists, audiences and amateur artists, but may only be properly answered by those who see the critic’s skin and feel in the skin the consequences of what they wrote. A critical exercise subordinated to what others need is never necessary. What really is necessary is a critique that is theatrical in the strict sense: a visible act of transformation.
